I will just mention calcium, because osteoporosis is a bear. It’s under nutrients. But above all burn more calories than you eat (CICO) Good luck on your weight-loss journey.0

As you are diabetic I don’t know if people on here are qualified to give you the best advice.
The best thing would be to see a doctor/ dietician and talk through what is best for you individually0 -
I'm not diabetic ....I was told twelve months ago I was possibly borderline....I have been incredibly active since then...right up till a house move and covid lockdown. I'm back at building my activity levels up again now....I will go back to the drs for another blood test once I feel comfortable with being out in public and register with a new Dr. ( I have been self isolating for my own safety and piece of mind and for the sake of my family)
