Hi Everyone! This is a 3 month Challenge and I am calling it a Diwali Challenge -(The Festival of Lights). Regardless of the fact you celebrate Diwali or not, you are welcome to join. The challenge will include logging in your weight each week. Trying to lose 1 lb per week.

    Hope you are doing well. I feel like this challenge can be more personalized since it’s just us 😀 three.

    I do feel I am cutting down on unnecessary snacking at night.

    I would join to support, but not focused on loosing weight. How about logging exercise? I can log weight too...
