Hi Everyone! This is a 3 month Challenge and I am calling it a Diwali Challenge -(The Festival of Lights). Regardless of the fact you celebrate Diwali or not, you are welcome to join. The challenge will include logging in your weight each week. Trying to lose 1 lb per week.

I do feel I am cutting down on unnecessary snacking at night.
