Anyone doing intermittent fasting - 16:8; 18:6; 20:4; 23:1?

I searched but can't find a thread or group on here.

I started 20:4 on 3rd August and it's going great.

At the top of this page, go to "Groups" and type in "Intermittent Fasting" - the first one that comes up in the list looks fairly active, with 700+ members. There are several groups.

The OMAD group has 1500 members, too, https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/20634-omad-revolution

OMAD sounds like the best fit for your eating style. Good luck.

I am doing 17:7 but sometime I push myself to see how long I could go. On the weekend I usually fast 19 or 20 hours.

    I'm doing 16:8.

Have been doing 16:8 for 27 days and have lost 12lbs so far, so nearly a stone in a month - a real surprise to me! I'm using the Fast Habit app to log it all - the fasting times and weights. It's really useful and easy to use.

I stop eating around 6 or 7 and break my fast at 11 or 12. Keeping it chill. Not eating after dinner really helps me control my calorie intake.

I have done 16:8 in the past and it worked well for me! My meal window was from 1-9, covering lunch, dinner with my family and any afternoon/evening snack
