So easy. Put 2 cups of oatmeal in a bowl, cinnamon (didnt measure it) , 1/4 cup of maple syrup..you can also use brown sugar instead of maple syrup, a pinch of salt. A bit of chocolate chips, frozen or fresh fruit of your choice. Mix it all together and put in a pan. Add more fruits and a bit of chocolate chips on top. Then mix 2 cups of milk ( i used almond milk) and 1 egg and pour it on top of everything. Put in oven for 40 minutes at 375°.😊3 -

I make a version of this. I use the brown sugar because I’m south of the border. 😁 My kids love it. Again, yours is prettier2 -

I like it better with brown sugar. I didn't have any here. Like I told you... I have way too much time on my hands so I play with food 😂1 -
Made homemade bread sticks topped with legit mozzarella (sliced it up and let it melt over) to go along with goulash made with homemade marinara. Not the healthiest choice, but it was fantastic and was still able to stay under for the day.

Sorry, no pics but today I smoked chicken thighs. Seasoned with bone sucking sauce rub, smoked over hickory, glazed half with habanero peach hot sauce and the other half with original bone sucking sauce.
For dinner, leftovers. Pork ribs. slaw, sweet cornbread, corn on the cob, and green beans.
Dang, this past weekend made me fat. But, it has been worth it.2 -

Dayum, I'm no certified judge but meat pulled back nicely, bone clean as a whistle, BBQ sauce shining and on the meat, not the bone. I'd say you win!
