Wellness, then weight loss

Hi everybody! I'm starting out on here today looking to lose about 85 pounds. More than that, however, I want to work on being stronger and more intentionally physically active. I've been noticing lately (now that I've hit the 40s lol) that I am not able to do the things I want to do as easily as I used to, and I am not okay with that! I've never really exercised for the sake of exercising, so any tips for starting out, finding what you like, etc. are welcome.

Also, my place of employment has recently added a gym (like, an entire, actual gym) that I can use for free, so I really have no excuse.
