Doing something right!

I have been in maintenance since March or so and it is a real learning experience - constantly making small adjustments to stay on course. But I really feel overall I have done great. When I entered my weight today I weighed 120.8 and MFP showed that 3 months ago today I weighed 120.8. Now I have gone up and down in the intervening 3 months, but I have stayed between 119 - 124 the whole time, save a day or two of water weight returning from a vacation.

I am trying to freak out less at fluctuations, enjoy my planned indulgences, and remember this is for the long haul. But today I’m just really happy i am starting to get it.

Woo hoo! The first few months can sometimes be rough, but it sounds like you're doing great.

Thanks all! I just find this whole maintenance journey such a different challenge, and I am constantly worried I am heading back to being that fat girl if I the scale is up for any reason. Seeing several months of data and knowing I am overall maintaining my range helps me deal better with the fluctuations.
