Looking for free weight routine to do?

I need a free weight routine that uses 8 lb weights?

    I've found lots of routines on youtube, and if you have Amazon Prime there's a lots of routines there you can search.

    You could try the my fitness pal workout routines.
    I use BeachBody on demand. It is not free, but it is not expensive. When I subscribed it was $120/ year.
    You may find restricting yourself to an 8 pound weight is too restrictive. To build muscle you’ll need to continue to progress. Progression happens by added reps or weight.

    As stated above you will need heavier weights before long as regardless of goals you will see diminishing returns over time as your body adapts to the continued use of one set weight

    Darebee has some good stuff. There's usually some progression involving increased reps that you could use to keep it to the singles weight but youll need more within a few months.
