These past few days have been rough. I am not losing any weight and sticking to this diet like glue to paper.
My diet has not changed. Any suggestions?

Water weight can mask fat loss. If you are certain of your calorie intake, just be patient and trust the process. If you aren't using a food scale, weighing and logging everything, with no skipping, cheating, or forgetting, then I suggest you start there. Here's a couple good threads and articles to read.

What is making the days rough? The diet or the lack of scale results?
Fat weight is lost daily in fractions of pounds. It takes time for the amount to accumulate enough to show up on a scale especially when your total body weight goes up and down for other reasons.

If you are in a calorie deficit you are losing fat weight no matter what the scale says in short intervals of time (short intervals can be more than 2 weeks).
If the diet is making you miserable then it is time to consider some changes. Are you hungry too much of the time? Are you feeling deprived? Have you made drastic changes to the way you like to eat? Understand that all diets that create a calorie deficit will work for weight loss but some of them will be easier for you than others. Easier is better.4 -

Based on your food diary you are eating under 1200 calories more days than you don't. I have found that eating some extra calories (1400-1500 a day vs. 1200 and that extra in protein) helps me drop the weight when I stall. Hang in there, drink your water and measure! You got this!0

Based off your diary it doesn't look like you're using a food scale. So your calorie counts are likely not accurate. You listed a fried egg at 90 calories. Did you use any oil or butter? You have listings for steak and chicken. Did you use any oil or sauce? Did you add anything to your oatmeal?
I'd verify that you're still in a calorie deficit.1
