Where I am at today 08/26/20

My name is Jess, I began my fitness journey 3 and a half months ago. Within that time I went from 277 lbs to 252. I within the last week agitated a mild herniation of my lower back. In the week I have been healing my activity level is almost non-existent for healing safety, but also where as I was really working on better eating habits. I have eaten nothing but junk during this recovery period. Mostly I feel this is linked to some depression. Either way I digress. This is where I am currently. I want to continue this journey. My goal is 215-220 lbs. Im new to the community aspect of fitness. Open to forming motivational friendships. Thank you for your time.

Great job on the loss already. Hope your back heals up and you're back in fighting shape again. Back issues are the worst. I've one that loves to flare up from time to time. No fun at all0
