Getting healthy for my daughter

Hello, I am a 39 year old first time mother. I never thought I would get the chance to be a mom and now that I have a precious baby girl, who just turned 1, I want to be around a long time to watch her grow up. I need to lose the weight as it is starting to affect my health and mobility and chasing a toddler around with an extra 80-100 pounds on you is not fun. I know it is going to be a long journey but it is one I think I am finally ready to take on.
