I like the weight watchers scale from Costco. It's been trucking along for years.0 -
@desolate_angel - Thank you! I see one that also measures BMI, bone density, etc. Not much of a data collector, but I guess if I'm going to upgrade, I should look into the ones that provide extra metrics... although just getting the weight number alone gives me anxiety. Don't know if the other metrics will add to the anxiety.1

Hi, I am in! Trying to do this with calorie counting, eliminating food after 8 PM, and walking 5 times a week. I have my next follow-up doctor's appointment the end of October and I want to be at a better weight, <200, when I return. Thanks for having this challenge!
