Much too young to feel this damn old!

36 years young with mobility of some 70 year olds.
Starting out at 147kg, tried many times before but not seeing my kids grow up is definitely a massive motivation.
Anyone on a similar path feel free to add me, I'm thinking about non scale victories to keep me focused. Hit me with any ideas.
- Fasten my jeans without bursting blood vessels.
- 30 day MFP streak (No cheat days)
- 5km on my bike
- 10km on my bike
- Have some of my clothes fit more comfortable.
- Walk with my wife and kids without my bones aching.

You didn't get there in one day, so it won't be fixed in one day either. Just make a start.1

Today I carried a case of water that weighed 40 pounds which is half the weight I've lost so far. Before I could barely walk down the block now I'm carrying cases of water like it was nothing. But I had carried that weight for years so it's nice to get a little reminder of my progress.2

When you set out on your 30 day MFP streak
concentrate on logging everything every day.
A lot of people start out ok and keep going until they go over their calorie numbers. Log everything no matter what. This made a huge difference to me. Not logging missteps seemed like I was giving myself a pass. The process is more important than the numbers.
Speaking of the numbers. Get and use a food scale to do the calculations. It’s the most accurate.2
