Recovering from C19

Hi I'm based in UK and this is my first post.
I unfortunately contracted C19 in early April and was hospitalised, I'm one of those bad cases you see on TV.
So I'm 23 post C19 and put on the weight I lost in hospital which was about 2 stone.
I'm now struggling to get back into the swing of trying to lose weight any tips would be much appreciated.

Doggone it. Sorry to hear that but glad you're here to report your experience. Read all of the main stickies at the beginning of every thread you're interested in. The road to sexy pants is a favorite thread which is preferred over hopping on the dieting train to crazytown.
