They are great for a time crunch because they are so short. Even doing one 2 minute one gives a stress break and puts more oxygen to the brain. Sometimes if I am working from home I stop and do 1 or 2 to get my thinking reset : - )
For sure it takes a while to get the moves, but they go in the tracker as Zumba whether I get the moves or not, you are still moving at Zumba pace, and having fun.
