    Happy fall and another round for me! Still on a good track with motivation and consistency :smiley:
    Goal for this round: to lose 1.5 lb, to get to 186.x
    I plan to keep my calories around 12-1300 each day and continue drinking lots of water and green tea.

    Short Term Goal: To weigh less at the end of this round than I did at the end of the last round.
    Final goal: 145-155. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise: Walk 3 or more miles per day a minimum of 4 x per week. Do aerobic dancing at home a minimum of 3 x per week.

    09/14 …..211.6 ….. Better. I wasn’t perfect yesterday but my carbs were on the lower side and it paid off. Good luck everyone this round!

    09/15 …..211.6 ….. I traveled today. I wonder what tomorrow may bring……

    09/16 …..211.3 ….. Wonderful news after travel! When I am super low carb, even a small regular meal can put 3-5 pounds on me after travel so I was quite shocked to see a loss. Its very nice, but I know that “regular meals” do not help my diabetes. Only the lower carb ones so I’ve got to eventually go back to finding a balance. I will have to back out slowly (while backing back IN to low carb) to try to avoid those huge sugar drops. I’m formulating my plan. Horrid night last night. I didn’t get to sleep until after 8:00 this morning. My personal and business stresses and situations really got to me last night but I avoided overdoing the bad snacks so I am proud of myself!

    09/17 …..210.8 ….. Yay! I didn’t drink enough water yesterday but peed a lot. Goodbye bloat!

    09/18 …..210.6 ….. Yay. Two pounds down since the start of the challenge! Hopefully, I can keep on the right side of the tracks.

    09/19 …..211.2 ….. Humph…..Sodium.

    09/20 …..210.8 ….. And back down it goes. I will try to watch the sodium today and make even better choices. No glucose drops so far so I am happy!

    09/21 …..211.0 ….. A wee bit up. Not too bad though because last night was movie night with my son which included pizza. I kept the quantity low and eliminated all snacks later to make up for it.

    09/22 …..210.8 ….. Scale was okay this morning but I traveled today until 10:00 pm tonight. I hate this round ends with an after-travel weight. Didn’t even realize how close we were to the end of the round! Anyhoo, I know what I ate today during my travels so I dread the morning.

    09/23 …..212.0 ….. Down 0.6 for the round so I’ll just be grateful. Nice round everyone! See you in 127.

    FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.
