Please join us in October for an accountability month! You may weigh in daily or weekly :) Personally I like to weigh in daily with the understanding that weight fluctuates daily. But due to other commitments this month, I will weigh in weekly. Please note this is not a race but a journey to a healthier lifestyle! I look forward to seeing your weigh ins on October 1st :)

    It was taco night at my MIL so I'm not shocked I went up temporarily. I always throw back the biggest tacos and a couple of glasses of moscato added to it. I also had a slice of pizza at work (those 10 hour shifts kill me and I totally justified it by telling myself it was free food and I -definitely- deserved it lol) I'll be eating like usual today and it'll balance out.
