    MFP Start weight October 28.18 191 pounds

    I was on another monthly challenge for a couple of years, but it hasn't been updated since July, so I was looking for another. Thank you for creating this @cachoey
    I weigh daily, it keeps me accountable.

    Week 1
    10/1 -
    10/2 - 143.5
    10/3 - 143.5
    10/4 - 143.5 - I normally fluctuate like crazy, so this staying at the same weight for 3 days is new to me.
    10/5 - 143.1 - Good to see a slight drop. I was 141.0 in September, so trying to get back to that...and beyond.
    10/6 - 142.1 - Getting back down to September's weight, working on it!
    10/7 - 141.5 - I don't really want to count this first week as a weight loss, since I am still up (slightly) from September. Gaining weight and then losing that same weight is not weight loss to me. Onward : - )
    Week 2
    10/8 - 139.6 - New low for me, yay!
    10/9 - 141.3 - I am fine with this number. I hope to touch the 130s again this month : - )
    10/10 - 142.3 - I had hoped for a lower number as I go into 3 days of a feeding frenzy of Canadian Thanksgiving. I am particularly fond of gravy and stuffing. I will still be working out.
    10/11 - 142.6 - No big gain yet from seasonal foods
    10/12 - 143.0 - One more thanksgiving meal tonight

    10/16 - 142.1 - I actually went back to bed this morning and weighed 141.2 when I woke up, but I will stay with the former number because it was at a time when I normally get up.

    10/22 - 141.9 - I hit 141.0 Sept 20, and ended September at 141.7, so I am still in the gain margin

    10/24 - 140.6 - So much better.
    10/25 - 141.2 - I'm good with that, but I don't want to go over the 141s again!
    10/26 - 141.2 - Striving to get that .2 off before Wednesday weigh-in

    At the end of July, I reached my UGW of 110 lbs. Since then I've been trying to maintain under 115 lbs and try to start gaining muscle.

    week1 thoughts- pretty sure i was up a couple over the weekend so I'm pretty happy to be even. I need to log my food and be accountable, so that's one area I plan to work on. I get 8000-10000 steps a day everyday so that is probably helping me not gain. On to week 2.

    10/7- 267.0 staying even so far, still struggling to log food
    week1 thoughts- pretty sure i was up a couple over the weekend so I'm pretty happy to be even. I need to log my food and be accountable, so that's one area I plan to work on. I get 8000-10000 steps a day everyday so that is probably helping me not gain. On to week 2.

    Yes, I lost weight years ago and stopped tracking. Big mistake. I think that I will always have to track to keep on...track lol.

    Thank you! Yes, I wanted to stop but I realized I have to at least track somewhat. I also know that I've been eating out more...so many things could be contributing to the gain.

    I was on another monthly challenge for a couple of years, but it hasn't been updated since July, so I was looking for another. Thank you for creating this @cachoey
    I weigh daily, it keeps me accountable.

    Week 1
    10/1 -
    10/2 - 143.5
    10/3 - 143.5
    10/4 - 143.5 - I normally fluctuate like crazy, so this staying at the same weight for 3 days is new to me.
    10/5 - 143.1 - Good to see a slight drop. I was 141.0 in September, so trying to get back to that...and beyond.
    10/6 - 142.1 - Getting back down to September's weight, working on it!
    10/7 - 141.5 - I don't really want to count this first week as a weight loss, since I am still up (slightly) from September. Gaining weight and then losing that same weight is not weight loss to me. Onward : - )
    Week 2
    10/8 - 139.6 - New low for me, yay!
    10/9 - 141.3 - I am fine with this number. I hope to touch the 130s again this month : - )
    10/10 - 142.3 - I had hoped for a lower number as I go into 3 days of a feeding frenzy of Canadian Thanksgiving. I am particularly fond of gravy and stuffing. I will still be working out.
    10/11 - 142.6 - No big gain yet from seasonal foods
    10/12 - 143.0 - One more thanksgiving meal tonight

    10/15 - 143.6 - Time to get serious and bring this number down.
    10/16 - 142.1 - I actually went back to bed this morning and weighed 141.2 when I woke up, but I will stay with the former number because it was at a time when I normally get up.
    10/17 - 143.6 - Bad food choices yesterday

    10/21 - 141.8 - Always good to see the scale go down.
    Week 4
    10/22 - 141.9 - I hit 141.0 Sept 20, and ended September at 141.7, so I am still in the gain margin
    10/23 - 141.2 - Getting back to my September numbers now, I had hoped to be into the 130s this month.
    10/24 - 140.6 - So much better.
    10/25 - 141.2 - I'm good with that, but I don't want to go over the 141s again!
    10/26 - 141.2 - Striving to get that .2 off before Wednesday weigh-in
    10/27 - 140.6 - Slept in, so maybe not an accurate number.
    10/28 - 139.6 - My 2 year anniversary of joining MFP at 191 pounds. Down 51.4 : - )
