How to figure out the calories

Hi, I am trying to add new food items to my food diary however when I do try to do so I have the important nutritional info but not the calories. Could someone please help. Thank you

You could math it out to get close - if you truly trust the nutritional info that is missing calories.
Carbs & protein 4 cal per gram.
Fat 9 cal per gram.
As you add these to the food database for your use - please do NOT make them public accessible since you do not have accurate info.
If this is recipe stuff then you should add up the nutritional labels of what is being used in it.0
