    None, but I do keep frozen bananas on hand when I want an ice-cream like treat. Also frozen blueberries and strawberries. I also keep chocolate chips around. Seriously, as long as you like bananas, it makes some pretty good "ice-cream". For the record, I do use a little half & half in mine to smooth it out, so it probably has more cream in it than the real deal. :-)

    Currently it's Blue Bell No-Sugar-Added lowfat vanilla and Great Value Coffee. If Blue Bell would make their coffee in the pint sizes, I'd get that instead!

    ETA: Forgot- also have Blue Bell All Natural Coconut Fruit Bars. :)

    I dont have ice cream anymore, I just whiz up frozen bananas. I can have as much as I want then :D

    No offense meant, but a banana still has 100 calories and if I am eat 2 or 3 of them I would rather have 300 calories of Reese's cup chocolate ice cream but again no offense I just don't think the two even compare..... lol Best of Luck.....

    Yes, but cup for cup the calorie content is pretty different, probably by at least half.
