Gastric bypass surgery

Has anyone else had gastric bypass surgery? I had my surgery 11 1/2 months ago and have lost about 125lbs. I have about 25ish lbs left that I want to lose. As a bariatric patient I am physically not able to eat 1200 calories a day, I'm wondering how others work out their calorie count and macros. Any advice is welcome

My doc told me as long as Im getting in my protien first, then veggies, starch if I have room, I was good. Follow serving sizes. And get 80g of protien a day. But Im only 5 weeks out so I wish you the best! Check out Facebook groups as well! There's on called GASTRIC BYPASS (in caps) and its a wealth of information. Going to add you as a friend as well! If you dont mind0
