Track blood pressure

Where do I go to track blood pressure and other measurements I’ve looked and can’t find anywhere.

As far as I’m aware you can’t specifically track your blood pressure using MFP. It’s primarily a calorie/food tracking tool not a health app per se.
If you just wanted to note it down you could use the ‘Notes’ section of your diary. Especially helpful if you’re trying to track a correlation of what you eat to fluctuations in your blood pressure.1 -

But keep a log too because you will need a format that is easy to give to your doctor.0
