# How long can you go challenge - set a limit for eating and an exercise goal

For this challenge you specify your maximum daily energy intake (daily or average) and your exercise goals (or a combination of both - intake minus exercise). How many days can you achieve both in a row? Also say when you lose a pound or 500g.

I want to eat no more than 6,000 kilojoules (average since Christmas/New Year are coming) and my exercise goal is 3 minutes walking/3 minutes running plus 1w,1r for each additional day until I hit 45 min total.

Today: stay under 6,000 kJ, walk 60 minutes, run 5 minutes. Walking drops by 2 minutes a day, running increases by 1 minute a day.

Starting tomorrow: keep my food intake under my average daily energy used, and slowly ramp up my running times to 45 minutes, variations allowed.

Starting today even though I've eaten too much since I have no idea when I'll start otherwise

Intake 8,024 KJ which is more than 7,000 KJ, ran for 5 minutes.
