How long can you go challenge - set a limit for eating and an exercise goal

For this challenge you specify your maximum daily energy intake (daily or average) and your exercise goals (or a combination of both - intake minus exercise). How many days can you achieve both in a row? Also say when you lose a pound or 500g.

I want to eat no more than 6,000 kilojoules (average since Christmas/New Year are coming) and my exercise goal is 3 minutes walking/3 minutes running plus 1w,1r for each additional day until I hit 45 min total.0
