    2,100 cals maximum 8/29-8/31 DONE✅
    NEW GOAL: 2,100 cals maximum 9/1-9/3

    Day 1: Aug 29. 1,933 cals✅10,814 steps✅
    Day 2: Aug 30. 1,951 cals✅11,450 steps✅
    Day 3: Aug 31. 2,046 cals✅ 11,084 steps✅

    I’m noticing my calories have gone up each day. I’ll continue with 2,100 since it was difficult to hold to that tonight.

    I want to see if my weight begins to drop. If not, I’ll decrease calories.
