Also hit my fitness goal for running 50 miles in October, running 13 miles this week. It’s not much, but feeling proud!

You're not on a diet, you're creating a new lifestyle with better eating and more activity, Pounds that were easily/quickly lost are usually easily gained!

50 miles is amazing. Not many people run 2 marathons in a month. Think of it that way. 2 whole marathons. In one month. Spectacular.1
