Slow progress

Today a few milestones for me. Under 150lbs 5’2” female

SW 172
CW 148.5
GW 135

Also hit my fitness goal for running 50 miles in October, running 13 miles this week. It’s not much, but feeling proud!

    Emphasize the progress. Running 50 miles is awesome, and you're making lifestyle changes that will be more likely to last a lifetime.

    50 miles is amazing. Not many people run 2 marathons in a month. Think of it that way. 2 whole marathons. In one month. Spectacular.
