I am joining today but have been keeping score personally for the past 3 months. Christmas is coming and I need to keep on track plus I have a family bet on of losing 25 pounds by 1st Dec. I have 4 to lose this week to be a joint winner.
Challenge Starting Weight: 154.8 lbs Challenge Level: A mix of Level 1 and Level 2. Looking to loose 7 Lbs but 10 would be a bonus. Challenge Goal weight: 147 lbs
1 Nov - 154.8 lbs 8 Nov - 153.8 lbs - I am so happy with this because I have finally got back into10st. I have not been in the 10st bracket for about 8 years. Dog update: Our dog just finished up a regimen of antibiotics. We take him to his regular vet this week for another checkup. He is eating well, and pretty much back to his normal self. He has to wear the cone for a little bit longer (so he doesn't scratch his eye).

December is almost here. Another holiday month. We don't have to let it derail us at all. We choose what we do or eat. The holiday does not. If you choose to overindulge, ok, fine. Just don't let a couple of slipups become avalanches of terrible choices. Just don't beat yourself up. Move on. We can do it. I sure am. See you next month
