Over half an hour of jogging in the park.2

30-min hotel workout today. I'm so sleep deprived, I couldn't leave the hotel, so I did 30-min of yoga. Wanted to walk on the trail, but so many in PA light their wood burning fireplaces this time of year & for those asthmatic like me, well, I choke & cough & can't stop with 1 whiff of smoke.
I'll do another 30-min of yoga in awhile & add in 5-min of squats.0 -

I grumbled about it at the time, but being active every day is giving me a demonstrably better mood overall, and I'm sleeping better to boot.
That's great!
Today I took it easy because it's Sunday and I went running yesterday, but I did get 11,500 steps in.0 -
I totally failed the bent over row. I got one set in and my body said "If you do that again I will frak you up." BUT I squatted AND benched 135 for all five sets of five. This morning, I took my dog for a long walk and even a bit of a jog.
No days off.1 -
Over an hour of stretching, yoga, and aerobics in my LR.1
-
I've lost my neat-o mask, so now I have to improvise on my exercise0
-
Update to the mask situation: the wife has come through bigly with a multi-pack of disposable masks that look like diapers. The new RZ has been ordered, and this will do until then. Guess who's squatting today!0

45 min of jogging in the park.1
-
A brisk walk around the parking lot before work, and I'm going to see what my 1RM is under a bar later0
-
Two days in a row, I got on the floor to do yoga & woke up hours later... didn't mean to fall asleep. Jeez... I'm bloody burnt.
I won't be back for awhile... tomorrow morning I begin relocating cross country, so I'll just be relegated to mild, short stretching routines & jumping around like Iggy Pop on a sugar high to varying songs in a hotel room.
Happy Thanksgiving, All. I'll catch up with ya in a later post.1 -

I didn't get a 1RM, but I DID squat 225 three times. That's a record for me.0 -
45 min of elastic bands, step, broomstick, and 5 lb water bottles (gym is closed in Italy). 45 min jogging in the park.1
-
Made time to get a workout in yesterday. I'm feeling pretty sore today. But nothing yoga and a foam roller cant fix.1
-
This week hasn't been a good week for me, but I've done 11,900 steps Monday, then 14,000, 9,000 and today, 12,000. Tomorrow, I will try to get a run in.2

An hour of jogging in the park--instead of 4 rounds, I did 5.2
-
I hope stretching and yard work count for yesterday, cause boy those cinder blocks weren't light. This morning I already set a personal record on my mile at the track -- I got it under 17 minutes! Tonight is more squats and bench.1

I haven't posted a lot recently, so I figured I'd give an update. I've taken two days off of logging workouts, even if I did walk the dog a half a mile. The first was the 14th, I was just beat from so much overtime. The second was the 21st, we put a pet to sleep and ate all our feelings and loafed around. Overall I'm proud of myself so far. I've gone for a purposeful walk or lifted something heavy 25 of the 27 days of the month.0
