    Week 1
    12/1 – 207.6 Not a good start!
    12/2 - 206.8 That’s what I like to see!
    12/3 – 206.2 Better!
    12/4 – 203.6 I shed a lot of fluid last night. I’ll see my true weight when rehydrated.
    12/5 – 203.8 Rehydrated and happy with the number I’m seeing.
    12/6 – 203.4 Happy with the continued progress. Trying to watch the snacks!
    12/7 – 202.6 Light meals, rationed the crackers in my soup and didn’t die without half a pack in there. It paid off.
    Week 2
    12/8 – 203.4 A bit up due to a very very late dinner. I should have eaten slower and had a little less (a little earlier) but the situation was a little out of my control. Today I will strive to do better as I will have a little more privacy at home today.
    12/9 – 204.0 Donuts brought over by a friend. My trigger food!
    12/10 -204.2 Gotta stop this runaway train!

    12/13 – 203.2 Worked hard at a lower calorie day with fewer carbs. I just wish I’d had a bit more movement.
    12/14 – 203.4 I confess to the Christmas treats.

    12/15 – 205.0 Hanging out with friends is bad for me until I have more self-control!
    12/16 – 205.0 I’m going to try to make a difference today in a bigger way. The math is simple. When I have a bad day, I’ve got to subtract with a good day.
    12/17 – 205.2 I did not do the math.
    12/18 – 205.0 Traveled today. A very long day. We’ll see how the scales judge in the morning.
    12/19 – 205.4 I honestly thought this would be worse. I’ll say what the next few days hold. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to show up on the scale.
    12/20 – 206.0 It’s catching up to me. No movement yesterday either, just lots of wrapping!
    12/21 – 206.0 Some pretty good activity yesterday in the form of housekeeping but today Amazon is back on the deliveries so there will be lots of wrapping. Tomorrow is baking day and fudge making for Christmas with my daughter. Wish me luck!
    Week 4
    12/22 – 204.8 Trying to keep it reasonable. Dropped a little overnight in anticipation for the cookie and fudge making today. I see the scale going up tomorrow.
    12/23 – 205.0 Not bad after all the baking. Gotta be careful today about eating too much of it. It’s for others!
    12/24 – xxxxx I didn’t get to weigh in this morning because the septic cleaning woke me up banging on my door 2 hours before our scheduled appointment. I grabbed clothes and coffee and then it was too late to weigh. My meals were good, my movement not bad yesterday but I did eat some cookies….
    12/25 – 205.4 Cookies for lunch hurts the hips. Merry Christmas Everyone!
    12/26 – 205.4 My family Christmas dinner is tomorrow. I will expect an uptick on the scale.
    12/27 – 203.2 This puts me closer to goal, however my Christmas Dinner and gift exchange with all my children and grandchildren is today. That will push the weight back up. Perhaps if I am diligent starting tomorrow, I can get closer to goal? However, tomorrow’s scale will be higher so I will be not have much time to compensate afterward,

    Week 1
    12/01 - 139.5 - Major calorie burn.
    12/02 - 138.2 - Ice skated yesterday which burns a ton of calories.
    12/03 - 137.0 - Calorie burn from 2 days ago caught up : - )
    12/04 - 137.1 - Hoping to keep this up and get my body to a new set point.
    12/05 - 138.3 - No reason for a gain, well within my numbers.
    12/06 - 139.2 - Ouch. I will get on top of that.
    12/07 - 139.9 - Hoping for a woosh, I have been on track

    Week 2
    12/08 - 139.5 - Keeping it in the 130s at least. I will feel more confident about that when I hit 135
    12/09 - 138.5 - That's better. Working at it.
    12/10 - 137.4 - Nice to see this number
    12/11 - 136.9 - Sometimes I am "good" and lose nothing or even gain. I haven't been "bad" but surprised at this number. I will take it of course.
    12/12 - 136.3 - Wow. This motivates me to keep working hard at weight loss.
    12/13 - 138.1 - Had a cheat meal. Back on the horse.
    12/14 - 137.4 - Better.

    Week 3
    12/15 - 136.9 - Happy to see this number again.
    12/16 - 137.5 - Working hard to be staying in the 130s this month
    12/17 - 136.9 - I ate more than usual yesterday, I was very hungry. I guess that I needed it.
    12/18 - 137.0 - Sticking with the plan
    12/19 - 135.9 - New low for me. Sometimes I touch a new weight and it takes me quite a while to get back to it, but I am getting used to that. Still very happy to see this number.
    12/20 - 136.2 - Went off a bit yesterday, that could come back to bite me. I will be extra diligent today.
    12/21 - 137.2 - This is Saturday still catching up to me. I am working on it.

    12/22 - 137.1 - I was expecting/hoping to be a little less this morning, but all good.
    12/23 - 136.9 - Lots of activity yesterday.
    12/24 - 136.2 - Definitely will be indulging, but will also try to get in lots of activity to mitigate that
    12/25 - 137.1 - Merry Christmas all
    12/26 - 137.7 - I hope I topped out at that, but sometimes my body takes a few days to show. Worth it, great Christmas dinner.

    Week 1 - did really well this week, tracked all my food and got activity every day. Averaged 13k steps/day and purposefully walked 18.85 miles for exercise over this week.
    12/1 - 245.0 lbs

    Week 2
    12/8 - 241.4 lbs - a little frustrated by my mini-plateau I've hit, but am keeping up with maintaining my desired calorie deficit, and will add drinking more water and getting some extra sleep tonight, as I've not been getting enough!
    12/9 - 239.8 - woohoo! exited to have broken through my mini-plateau, and to be out of the 240s!
    12/10 - 239.4 - didn't get specific exercise in yesterday, but did hit 13k steps.
    12/11 - 239.4 - yesterday was on track. Guessing the new fiber supplement I started taking is causing some water retention.
    12/12 - 239.2
    12/13 - 239.9 - no reason for an increase, I've been on track with eating & exercising. Will drink extra water today...
    12/14 - 238.9 - going back in the right direction

    Week 3
    12/15 - 238.1 - woohoo!
    12/16 - 240.0 - I ate poorly yesterday, but I should've still had a small calorie deficit. I certainly didn't eat enough to gain 2 lbs!! I'm assuming this is all temporary and should drop off soon. Will up my water & eat light today.
    12/17 - 237.8
    12/18 - 238.2- ate too much yesterday. will do better today!
    12/19 - 238.8 - no idea why it went up again. it's getting a little frustrating.
    12/20 - 235.6 - yay! I feel this drop was overdue
    12/21 - 235.5 - soooo close to hitting a 10# loss in December. 3.5# to lose in 10 days to hit my goal of 232 for the month.

    Week 4
    12/22 - 234.7 - yay! steady progress. I had Starbucks and a Whopper Jr. yesterday but still met my deficit goal.
    12/23 - 235.6 - yesterday I went overboard with some late night snacking. Most of this should be temporary.

    12/26 - 233.2 - I actually got 19k steps in yesterday and ate very reasonably, but I think this is rebound from the extra big drop from the 24th to the 25th, which was partially water weight due to a long, late workout right before bed on the 24th.
    12/27 - 233.5 - yesterday was a bad food day. Determined to finish the month strong! 4 more weigh-ins! I can totally hit my goal of 232 if I stay on track.

    12/16 - 240.0 - I ate poorly yesterday, but I should've still had a small calorie deficit. I certainly didn't eat enough to gain 2 lbs!! I'm assuming this is all temporary and should drop off soon. Will up my water & eat light today.

    12/21 - 235.5 - soooo close to hitting a 10# loss in December. 3.5# to lose in 10 days to hit my goal of 232 for the month.

    12/22 - 234.7 - yay! steady progress. I had Starbucks and a Whopper Jr. yesterday but still met my deficit goal.
    12/23 - 235.6 - yesterday I went overboard with some late night snacking. Most of this should be temporary.

    12/26 - 233.2 - I actually got 19k steps in yesterday and ate very reasonably, but I think this is rebound from the extra big drop from the 24th to the 25th, which was partially water weight due to a long, late workout right before bed on the 24th.
    12/27 - 233.5 - yesterday was a bad food day. Determined to finish the month strong! 4 more weigh-ins! I can totally hit my goal of 232 if I stay on track.

    Week 1
    12/01 - 139.5 - Major calorie burn.
    12/02 - 138.2 - Ice skated yesterday which burns a ton of calories.
    12/03 - 137.0 - Calorie burn from 2 days ago caught up : - )
    12/04 - 137.1 - Hoping to keep this up and get my body to a new set point.
    12/05 - 138.3 - No reason for a gain, well within my numbers.
    12/06 - 139.2 - Ouch. I will get on top of that.
    12/07 - 139.9 - Hoping for a woosh, I have been on track

    Week 2
    12/08 - 139.5 - Keeping it in the 130s at least. I will feel more confident about that when I hit 135
    12/09 - 138.5 - That's better. Working at it.
    12/10 - 137.4 - Nice to see this number
    12/11 - 136.9 - Sometimes I am "good" and lose nothing or even gain. I haven't been "bad" but surprised at this number. I will take it of course.
    12/12 - 136.3 - Wow. This motivates me to keep working hard at weight loss.
    12/13 - 138.1 - Had a cheat meal. Back on the horse.
    12/14 - 137.4 - Better.

    12/15 - 136.9 - Happy to see this number again.
    12/16 - 137.5 - Working hard to be staying in the 130s this month
    12/17 - 136.9 - I ate more than usual yesterday, I was very hungry. I guess that I needed it.
    12/18 - 137.0 - Sticking with the plan
    12/19 - 135.9 - New low for me. Sometimes I touch a new weight and it takes me quite a while to get back to it, but I am getting used to that. Still very happy to see this number.
    12/20 - 136.2 - Went off a bit yesterday, that could come back to bite me. I will be extra diligent today.
    12/21 - 137.2 - This is Saturday still catching up to me. I am working on it.

    Week 4
    12/22 - 137.1 - I was expecting/hoping to be a little less this morning, but all good.
    12/23 - 136.9 - Lots of activity yesterday.
    12/24 - 136.2 - Definitely will be indulging, but will also try to get in lots of activity to mitigate that
    12/25 - 137.1 - Merry Christmas all
    12/26 - 137.7 - I hope I topped out at that, but sometimes my body takes a few days to show. Worth it, great Christmas dinner.

    12/2 - 206.8 That’s what I like to see!
    12/3 – 206.2 Better!
    12/4 – 203.6 I shed a lot of fluid last night. I’ll see my true weight when rehydrated.
    12/5 – 203.8 Rehydrated and happy with the number I’m seeing.
    12/6 – 203.4 Happy with the continued progress. Trying to watch the snacks!
    12/7 – 202.6 Light meals, rationed the crackers in my soup and didn’t die without half a pack in there. It paid off.
    Week 2
    12/8 – 203.4 A bit up due to a very very late dinner. I should have eaten slower and had a little less (a little earlier) but the situation was a little out of my control. Today I will strive to do better as I will have a little more privacy at home today.

    12/24 – xxxxx I didn’t get to weigh in this morning because the septic cleaning woke me up banging on my door 2 hours before our scheduled appointment. I grabbed clothes and coffee and then it was too late to weigh. My meals were good, my movement not bad yesterday but I did eat some cookies….
    12/25 – 205.4 Cookies for lunch hurts the hips. Merry Christmas Everyone!
    12/26 – 205.4 My family Christmas dinner is tomorrow. I will expect an uptick on the scale.
    12/27 – 203.2 This puts me closer to goal, however my Christmas Dinner and gift exchange with all my children and grandchildren is today. That will push the weight back up. Perhaps if I am diligent starting tomorrow, I can get closer to goal? However, tomorrow’s scale will be higher so I will be not have much time to compensate afterward,
    12/28 – 205.2 Back up after my family Christmas Dinner yesterday. Lots of sodium-filled foods.
