    Hello !

    I'm starting this month, with the aim to keep the current weight or loose some! I'm currently bedridden/wheelchair for another month or two with a broken ankle and a metal external fixation system. I'm hoping that physiotherapy will be easier with less weight!

    I've already done 2 months and need some motivation to stick to it :smile:

    I seem to keep starting the month in the middle of the month! I am motivated to lose some pounds before Christmas! I have been stable, and I'm not complaining, but here we go!

    Goal: 132 (or below!) by Christmas....

    So I had alcohol on Friday (11th) but, considering exercise, stayed within maintenance (2,000 kcal).

    Then on hangover day, Saturday (12th), I had a binge day (circa 4,000 kcal).

    I must have the water retention of a lake to put on almost 6 lbs in a day. ๐Ÿคฌ
