So I had alcohol on Friday (11th) but, considering exercise, stayed within maintenance (2,000 kcal).
Then on hangover day, Saturday (12th), I had a binge day (circa 4,000 kcal).
I must have the water retention of a lake to put on almost 6 lbs in a day. 🤬

I was super frustrated because of the weight gain, even though I know it's only because I will get my period in about a week or so. I just stick to what I've been doing and hope it will get down again after my stupid period is over. God, I hat this.1 -
