Chocolate. Not chocolate donuts, not chocolate cake, not chocolate ice cream, not chocolate with caramel or biscuit or nuts in (although I do like all these things from time to time) but mostly just straight up chocolate. Dark, milk, in between, single origin, hand-made, big brands, chunky squares, bars, buttons, novelty, big bars, miniature bars, bags, boxes, tubs, tubes, whatever. I'll pretty take it if it's on offer given half a chance and of course, the available calorie budget. Everything else I can take it or leave it, or do without completely. But chocolate is my absolute nemesis.
Which is why I tend not to have any in the house unless I've specifically planned to allow myself something! I can't have any in the house for just in case, because it will last five mins
Salted Peanuts. Or at least it used to be...don’t recall the last time I had any. I know if I bought a bag I’d just eat them until they were gone but luckily I’ve conquered the impulse to buy them when out shopping!
My actual weakness now is probably tomatoes. Which is obviously better for me but just as compulsive! 😂
When I'm feeling careless I go out and order fast food. Fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, cookies, burritos etc... That's where I yo-yo. I find myself doing it for the same reasons a person may light up a cigarette or have a drink. To fill a void or comfort myself.
Food that comes in big portions. - Takeaway curries, pizza...I have serious problems just eating a smaller portion if the food is here now, warm, and all mine. I could make it into two meals, but nooooo...

ohh..i forgot, that's me too. only with the honey buns. i get sick from eating too many. ill eat 3-a whole box in one day.
Oh and almond butter! Why does it have to be so good!?

Same with the peanut butter my only solution is just don’t buy it
