I LOVE liver and onions! Beef, chicken, calves liver, its all good!
Not so great for cholesterol, but delish.
Chicken liver ill fry up with onion and celery. Ill snack on them during the week. The others are great for dinner with gravy.
As a kid, I hated it. When I was pregnant with my son, I ate it 4 times a week! Now, I eat it as a regular meal, switching between chicken, fish, etc... And I always enjoy it!

Fortunately, unless you are predisposed to high cholesterol or are already struggling with it, dietary cholesterol doesn't really have any impact on bodily cholesterol.

You might like to think about whether you’re over-doing Vitamin A intake if you’re eating that much liver. Vitamin A toxicity is a thing!

The NHS guidelines suggest liver no more than once a week and not at all whilst pregnant.

I’m glad you enjoy eating it (it’s absolutely not my thing 🤢) just want you to be aware of the flip side of eating too much.
