    I just joined a free 21-day meditation challenge through Dan Harris’s Ten Percent Happier website/blog.

    I need to find that book in my closet so I can finish it. I had no idea there was a website/blog! I have to go check this out. THANK YOU!

    I have officially hit my goal for this exercise challenge. I think over the past month or however long we've been doing it, I have either done yoga 5-6 days a week maybe every day one of the weeks (not completely sure) and I have also done the spin bike anywhere from 4 to 5 and maybe 6 times in one of the weeks. I loved this challenge and looking forward to the next goals challenge for January 2021! Still thinking about what I want to set for that. I'm sure it'll be spin and yoga-related along with a few other things.
