I started eating around the calorie/fat goal recommended by myfitness pal, sometimes i was a little over sometimes i was a little under. I bought a food scale to measure out proportions so i wasn't over eating. But the thing the helped me was my fit bit, I tried to get my 10,000 steps a day every day, a lot of times i was over, did a lot of walking this spring and summer. I was going to the gym before Covid happened and the gym closed, my gym has been open for the last few months, I live in a small town so it is not too crowded. I would ride my bike and jog. Now I am running and lifting weights. I still eat a lot of the same foods that I ate before but I am eating a normal proportion.
This is so mind boggling! 145 pounds?! You must be so proud of yourself. Well done!!⭐️. If you don’t mind I’d love to send you a friend request. I could use the discipline and motivation.
Amazing progress!! I have lost 94 pounds since Jan 1 last year. Such a commitment!! I bet you feel AMAZING!! You look it!! 👍💪💃
Can I ask how you did it? My goal is to lose that many this year but I’m not sure if I’m eating at a low enough calorie deficit. I’m including workouts as well, just not sure if it will be enough.
Thank you for sharing! That is how much I need to lose from my start! Maybe next year I'll get to post my success story! It's a long road, and having people post their accomplishments is encouragement to know that it can happen!!!
