I bought the DVD and they arrived last night. Going to do it when I get home in the morning and was wondering if anyone has done this and how you logged it for exercise.

I'm not familiar with this particular workout, but you can probably log it as "Aerobics." Be aware that MFP tends to overestimate calorie burn, so if you eat your exercise calories back (which you're supposed to do), plan to eat back only 50-75% of what MFP tells you you earned.0
