Need Help

On low carb diet of less than 22 carbs per day with a calorie limit of 1800 per day. I have been religiously following these restrictions for 2 weeks but have yet to reach Ketosis. I have even resorted to drinking a tablespoon of coconut oil before each meal. This has happened to me in the past as well and I have gotten frustrated and quit. I'm a 6 ft. 250 lb man. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Sorry I know nothing about low carb diets. I hope you figure it out! Eating coconut oil sounds awful! Good luck!👍1

You can do it man! Keep strong and watch the calories, make sure they are decent calories and stay the course! I’ve been there and know it’s hard but you can push through it. Takes a while to rebuild a motor to get it into a powerhouse! You can do this.0
