Is weight loss your goal? Are you a beginner to dieting? If yes, there are no "weight loss foods." Just eat foods that taste good to you and help you stay within the calorie goal My Fitness Pal gave you.

Filling components are protein, fiber and fat. Measure & log portions, make a mental note of what helped you stay full. Instead of "my" list, learn what's good and not-so-good for you.

Protein sources - meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy.

Was low carb recommended to you by a medical professional? The reason I ask is, barring medical conditions, just stay within your calories. Strive to meet protein and fat goals. The rest can be carbs if you like.

TeaBea is right, throughout. Foods you like are fine. It's a myth that foods are divided into "diet foods" and "bad foods". Nutrition is important, but most foods have at least some nutrition. Work toward combining foods you enjoy, at an appropriate calorie level, to achieve generally good nutrition on average, and you're golden.

If you've already realized that, and further recognized that in order to round out your nutrition you need more protein, you may find this thread useful:

Find foods on that thread's linked spreadsheet that you like, and eat more of those, less of something else that isn't as much helping you balance your calorie, nutrition, fullness and tastiness goals.
