I was on mfp several years ago and had success. I had to start a new profile and do not have any friends. I live in south louisiana where if we are not eating we are talking about where we are going to eat. I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks David

Come on back into the fold, David! Errm, there are entire food threads here though (with gorgeous pics) so it can't be avoided lol Also, I hear the South has great food.

Everything in moderation though, right?

What is your particular plan when it comes to finding success with MFP again this time around?

Me too. It was about 7-8 years ago. Back then it was all ketogenic people so I left the forum because I couldn't find anything useful to me.

I'm just trying to watch my calorie and fat intake. Mfp helps me to keep up with this. I do need to look at the different kinds of foods that mfp suggests . Thanks for replying to my message !
