I'm a 54 year old woman who weighs 283 lbs at 5'4". I'm working out on my treadmill 30 minutes in the morning and sometimes 20-30 minutes at night. I've incorporated a healthy eating plan and drinking more water. I hope that in 18 months I can lose enough weight to meet my goal weight of 150 lbs
