    February Goal : 90 minutes planks (avg 3 min/day), sticking with the same goal

    2/1 – 6 min mixed planks, 1.5 min sit ups (27), 1 min knee pushups (23)
    2/2 – 5 min mixed planks, 1.5 min sit ups (36), 1 min knee pushups (20)
    2/3 - 6 min mixed planks, 1.5 min sit ups (30), 1 min knee pushups (26), 1.5 min squats (58), 1.5 min hip bridges (36)
    2/4 – AM: 4:26 min single forearm plank; 1.5 min sit ups (29), 1.5 min pushups (5 real, 18 knee)
    2/5 – took the day off
    2/6 – another day off :(
    2/7 – AM: 5.5 min mixed planks; PM: 3.0 min single forearm, 1.5 min sit ups (28), 1.5 min pushups ( 7 real, 17 knee), 1.5 min squats (58), 1.5 min hip bridges (42)
    2/8 – after scalding hand, took the night off
    2/9 - 6 min planks,1.5 min sit ups (31), 1.5 min pushups ( 7 real, 16 knee ), 1.5 min hip bridges (43), 1.5 min squats (63)
    2/10 – this round is a struggle
    2/11 – AM: 5 min mixed planks, 1.5 min sit ups (32) 1.5 min pushups ( 7 real, 16 knee)
    2/12 – PM: 5 min mixed planks
    2/13 – chose to not plank on hotel floor
    2/14 – more travel
    2/15 – travel ends – drove 1600 miles – back on track tomorrow
    2/16 – PM: 5 min mixed planks; 1 min crunches (36); 1.5 min pushups (7 real, 14 knee)
    2/17 – nada
    2/18 – nada – OMG I’m having a hard time getting back on track
    2/19 - PM: 5 min mixed planks, 1.5 min pushups (10 real, 11 knee)
    2/20 – PM: 5 min mixed planks
    2/21 – PM: 3 min mixed planks
    2/22 – PM: 5 mixed planks, 1.5 min pushups (6 real, 21 knee)

    Did not hit my 90 minute goal, but am still plugging away. I intend to hit the 90 min goal for March.

    2/13: 5:00 or more, during a 🔥 HIIT
    2/14: 4:00, own mix

    2/16: 4:00, during a Tabata workout
    2/17: 5:00, own mix
    2/18: 6:00, during HIIT
    2/19: none
    2/20: 5:00, own mix + 2:00 during 🏋‍♀️

    2/26: Heather Robertson's 6:00 (and because she has small rest breaks between planks, I did 2 more, to make sure I effektively planked for 6 min; hope I did! 🤔) + 2:00 during tabata, which I couldn't anticipate 😀 (makes up for yesterday 😉)

    2/27: 4:00 own mix + 2:00 during HIIT
    2/28: 5:00 with Rebecca Louise from the Intro. She is so talkative!

    Total: 105:00 🙌

    Feb went better than expected in this respect. 😀 Let March come! Thanks for the new challenge, Jeff. 🌻 I already ⭐ed it 😉.

    February 2021: 105 planks. Month's PR 5:30 wall sit + 10-8-8-6 pushups in a workout

    January 2021: 120 planks + 115 legs isometrics

    December 2020: 115 planks and 100 legs

    November 2020: 117 planks and 111 legs isometrics. PB: 10 pushups, 6 min wall sit

    Octomber 2020: 66, total 151 of isometrics

    September: rest. Did some, during other workouts, but not explicitely/no counting.
