The challenge is as always...TO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Set up a goal of how many steps/miles.
Come as often as you can and log your progress so that the rest of us can join in your progress.

MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 MILES of walking steps!

today the temps are going too be FREEZING, WINDY, RAIN, SLEET, SNOW so I may not get a February 1st for myself...:(

    I’ll join! I have been doing well with my eating and food challenges, but I need help keeping up with my exercise goals. February is my month to focus on moving my body while continuing with my nutrition goals.

    By the end of February, I would like to have walked 140,000 steps, and complete 10 hours of HIIT home workouts. I want my goals to be realistic, manageable, but challenging. I’ll post my exercise for today at the end of the day! Good luck everyone :)

    UNFORTUNATELY yesterday as well as today was/is extremely windy. It was 29F most of the day! By 4pm temps were dropping again! Today the same. I don't count y 'around the house' steps. I do stay busy by cleaning out closets, cabinets etc so I'm getting some kind of exercise....
