    I've been avoiding recording my weight on the progress tracker, because its less fun when its gone up, especially when it's been a while since I've made a record, but I think I'll be happier if I just get over that, and go back to regular or daily check-ins

    GW this month: 156.0 revising this to a break even month ie. 159.9 covid winter is tough and it's my birthday next week, I need to ease off (still tracking everything but relaxing on calories for a few weeks)

    Can I recommend an app like Happy Scale which averages out your progress over time? I find it helps me see the big picture. Hang in there!

    Bit late to this s, but needing motivation/accountability support this month. I was nearly at my goal weight on Xmas Eve, weighed in last week at 10lbs gained and it derailed me. Talked myself down and had a good week but still struggling, could do with a win for Feb!!
    Feb 6th : 163.2
    Feb 13th: 162.8 (good considering binge last weekend)

    I'd been kind of dreading these last couple of weigh ins because I've been stressed and not sleeping and sating rubbish all week and I'm really bloated now. It's weird to think that 65.5kg is now my bloaty weight ☺️
