I've been pretty successful so far. Kind of been maintaining/minimally losing since Dec 2020. I'm comfortable that I will be able to maintain here indefinitely I want to give myself another month of losing to see if I can get a little lower.

So to lose 7lbs this month is going to be my most difficult challenge to date. I have 3 drinking days planned (and I mean drinking!) and 2 meals out in my diary this month.
I am going to start the C25k today. Running has been a problem for me as I have three titanium screws in my left knee. Hoping that my overall weight loss will take the stress of my knees. If not I will stop running and try again when I am lighter.

I've been pretty good about exercising, and quite good about logging/calories/protein, so I think that will show on the scale...eventually1 -
I've been avoiding recording my weight on the progress tracker, because its less fun when its gone up, especially when it's been a while since I've made a record, but I think I'll be happier if I just get over that, and go back to regular or daily check-ins1

Can I recommend an app like Happy Scale which averages out your progress over time? I find it helps me see the big picture. Hang in there!1 -
