I think they use dating apps? I dunno, I'm a conscientious objector, in that field.

I won't volunteer, because I'm not very active on the MFP friend side of things (more of a Community forum gal, personally), but will say hi, and welcome.
MFP can be very useful, if the goal is weight management or fitness, even over 55. I lost 50+ pounds here, back in 2015 at age 59-60, and have kept it off since, now hanging around maintaining a healthy weight at age 65, after previous decades of obesity. The payoff can be huge.
