Fun leg day at home suggestions ?

I miss my gym terribly, especially on leg days. And I don't know when they will reopen. I squat 1.5x my body weight and deadlift not quite double it (working in it)

But at home I have a TRX and 2 25lbs dumbbells. It's not the same 😂

At home I do
Clave raises
Pistols
Goblet squats
Walking lunges
Single leg deadlifts
Hipthurts

Plus I am a runner and do yoga
I am looking to see what others are doing to maybe mix it up. I hate to lose all my leg gains while the gyms are closed. So I am working as hard as I can but I would love some fun ideas to mix things up.

Here are a few shots of my legs. Just trying to keep that muscle

Thanks for any ideas!

    Ty!
  • You have some amazing definition in your legs. I can see why you don’t want to lose those muscle gains.
I recently downloaded a free app called FitOn. So far I’m impressed with the workout quality. They have a variety of workouts, different intensities. You might find something you like on there.

Thank you! I haven't heard of that. I will check it out.

You could always play with the tempo of your exercises and go verrrrrrry slow on the eccentrics. Or hold positions on the way up/down. Those legs are impressive!

Oh and curtsy squats. Keep your balance foot off the floor.
