Hi all.
I decided to start no carbs dite, my friend told me this called keto dite! My question is the keto & no carbs are same dite plans? If not then what is the difference?
Also is there any helpful list of food to avoid during keto or low carbs dite?

    Keto is not a no carb diet - it's a very low carb diet. Instead you eat a high fat diet on keto.

    No carbs would be no vegetables, no fruit, no grains, no dairy.

    Losing weight is about a consistent calorie deficit. Reducing your carb intake may help you reduce calories. Nothing magic about keto. Just find a way to eat fewer calories consistently.
