Weekly work out routine

So I had a question. Looking for some advice on how many machines, sets and reps would be good for me and my weekly workout.

I’m 33, 220 pounds, looking to drop to 190 and tone up.

Currently I go

Monday - chest and tricep
Two machines each at 4 sets 10 reps

Tuesday - back and bicep
Two machine each at 4 sets 10 reps

Wednesday - rest

Thursday - shoulders and core
Two machines each 4 sets 10 reps

Friday - eg day
Three machines 4 sets 10 reps

I’m not new to the gym but by no means a professional. Looking for advice and possible changes to my weekly work out to promote lean muscle, tone myself up, not over do it, and work out correctly
