Hi all!
i’m looking for friends who are very active on this, i’m really really struggling with my motivation and as i’m sure most people will agree, everyday is just getting harder especially cause we don’t even have an end date in sight...
But if we can build our own little community encouraging each other throughout it all, I think that would really help!!

Hi, Gemma. Welcome to MFP.
Lifting has been life - and figure- changing for me, and I’m old as dirt. I wish I’d begun when I was your age. It’s also really, really fun if you like to challenge yourself.
I don’t lift particularly heavy (don’t be fooled by the profile pic- those weights are light), and don’t pretend to be an expert. I’m fortunate enough to have a wonderful trainer and I let her (literally) mold me and tell me what to do.
