    That is so true

    A lot of people complain for the smallest of things, not realizing how fortunate we are in so many ways

    Think of the joy if you are able to move around, have somewhere to live, open the refrigerator/pantry and you have food to eat, water to drink, bathroom to do your daily activities

    You may not be rich or would like to have more money in the bank, but all of the above are riches that we take for granted because to us more seems to be so important, when being healthy is so much more than all the money in the bank.

    The scale finally moved for me this morning (and I did not even used the bathroom as yet) - that to me is happiness indeed
